dear diary,
i know i know, i should be in the moment, with my partner, with the music.
but, sometimes, i see these eyes looking in my direction.
what are the men thinking about?
i don't really care about them!
what i want to know is this: what are the women thinking about?
"look at that dufus."
"boooooring."
"how come he never dances with me?"
"ugh. bad posture."
"hmmm. good balance."
"why is she dancing with him??"
i see those eyes, and i don't know the thoughts behind them.

I'm often thinking some, or all, of those things.
But you forgot the all important, Where did she get those shoes?
and, hmmm.....I wonder if he will dance with me?
